1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the SnapFitz app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the app.
2. Account registration
• You must be at least 15 years old to use SnapFitz.
• You are required to provide accurate and complete information upon registration.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
• Report unauthorized use immediately via snapfitznl@gmail.com.
3. Your content
Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the content you post (outfit photos, captions, profile information).
License: By posting content, you grant SnapFitz a worldwide, non-exclusive, and royalty-free license to use this content for the operation and promotion of the app.
Responsibility: You guarantee that:
• Your content does not infringe on third-party rights.
• You have all necessary rights to the posted content.
• Your content complies with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Device permissions
SnapFitz may request the following permissions on your device:
• Camera: For taking outfit photos.
• Photo library/Storage: For selecting images from your gallery.
• Internet: Essential for uploading content and using the app.
You can revoke these permissions at any time via your device settings.
5. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to use the app to:
• Post illegal, offensive, hateful, or obscene content.
• Violate the privacy or rights of others.
• Infringe on intellectual property rights.
• Intimidate, deceive, or stalk other users.
• Upload viruses or malicious code.
• Disrupt the functioning of the app.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
Violation may result in immediate suspension or deletion of your account.
6. Intellectual property
The SnapFitz app, logo, software, graphics, and other non-user content are owned by SnapFitz and protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Notifications
You agree to receive notifications for app-related activities such as new followers, likes, reposts, and updates. You can adjust your notification preferences in your device settings.
8. Account termination
By you: You can delete your account at any time via Settings → "Delete account". This is permanent and cannot be undone.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, without prior notice.
9. Disclaimer and liability
SnapFitz is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for:
• Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.
• Content posted by other users.
• Temporary unavailability of the app.
• Loss of data due to technical failures.
10. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. For material changes, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via the app or by email. By continuing to use the app after the effective date, you accept the modified terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
